At Legion Hat Co., we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy below:

Return Policy (Custom Hats)

Non Refundable:

All custom hat sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of custom hats, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure all custom details are correct before placing your order. Orders for custom hats may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order, once the patch(s) are made the order will be fulfilled.

Damaged or Defective Items:
   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at legionhatco@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Return Policy (Pre-Made Hats) 

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   - Items must be unused, with no sign of wear, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
   - Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
   - Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Return Process:
   - Contact our Customer Service team at legionhatco@gmailcom to initiate a return.
   - Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order.

3. Refunds:
   - Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
   - Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:
   - We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
